Privacy Policy
DaDesktop is committed to safeguarding the privacy of everyone who uses our services. This document outlines our approach to collecting and handling your personal information, along with the safeguards we've put in place to keep your data secure.
We gather and use your personal data strictly for what's needed to deliver our services to you, or for the valid purposes described in this policy. It's worth highlighting that how data is collected and stored varies considerably based on the hosting option you choose.
NobleProg hosted public server
This server operates within a NobleProg data centre inside the EU and is fully GDPR compliant. It's a shared environment for NobleProg customers, and NobleProg personnel can access it.
Should you opt for a server based outside the EU, the relevant local legislation will apply. Data belonging to UK-based customers is kept within the UK.
NobleProg hosted private server
This runs on a dedicated machine inside a NobleProg data centre in the EU, meaning no other organization shares the hardware.
If you select a server located outside the EU, local laws may govern the data.
On premise server
In this setup, the server resides at the organization's own location. The software is installed directly onto that server, and all data stays entirely under the organization's control.
